Hello beautiful friends, Takumi here with a Japanese Complete platform update. We’ve been hard at work on new features and are delighted to show you some screenshots of some new kanji-cluster activities.
Kanji Cluster pages feature vocabulary that mix and match all the kanji you’ve seen so far. Yup, all the kanji that are in the lessons leading in to the kanji cluster pages (available in lessons 8, 9, and 10) utilize all the kanji you’ve seen to create authentic Japanese words and get your vocabulary up to snuff.
The quizzes utilize a novel quizzing and reloading mechanism we invented for Japanese Complete. When you click one of the option buttons, your answer is sent to the server and confirmed. You will get checkmarks for correct answers, and new questions will load instantly.
Each kanji you’ve seen so far is shown in authentic Japanese context so you can learn some real-world Japanese terms and start expanding your understanding of the language beyond the fundamental structure.
Chapters 9 and 10 give fresh grammar lessons. Some of the pages are still being filled out by our teachers and staff; we are working diligently to bring them up to 100% fullness rapidly.
New ways to visualize giving/receiving favors using verb transforms and the verbs to give and receive. Cheat-sheets and quick lookups to help you master the essentials and reinforce what you know, visually.
